Greetings from your District Director

Greetings from your District Director

My name is Charles Young, and I am the newly appointed Director for District 4. As you may know, our district is huge and quite irregularly shaped. We head north to Willis, westward to Magnolia, east to Port Arthur, and south to Port Bolivar. As you can see, I need your help to spread the TEXIT gospel out there, so if you’re willing and able to help organize events like flag waves, gun shows, neighborhood door knocks, etc., please drop a line. I’m currently looking to make a list of LCs (Local Coordinators) to help drive these and pull in as many supporters as possible. Ideally, I’d like a couple of LCs in the most populous regions, but that doesn’t mean we don’t need leadership in the rural areas.

I am fully aware we are all volunteers and have lives outside of TNM. For example, I’m a public elementary school teacher, have 3 kids (10, 7, and 2), and a wife who works full-time from home (due to the current COVID dynamic). Needless to say, we are quite busy in my household, yet here I am, trying to answer the call to arms. We will take whatever you can give us and be grateful for it.

Thank you for your support and I am eager to hear from you.
