The Texas Nationalist Movement has made its first official legislative endorsement of the session. That endorsement goes to House Bill 1911.
Here is the statement from Daniel Miller, President of the Texas Nationalist Movement:
To say that gun laws in Texas are byzantine, tangled, and contradictory doesn’t do the status quo justice. They’re confusing and generally unfit for a state with the history and reputation of Texas. Through a tremendous amount of tireless work, Terry Holcomb with Texas Carry and others, have been on the forefront of the fight to fully restore the right to keep and bear arms for Texans. Partnering with State Representative James White and getting House Bill 1911 filed is a major step in the right direction.
The TNM is aware that there will likely be some significant roadblocks in getting common sense legislation like HB1911 passed. Therefore, we encourage every supporter of the TNM to engage their legislators on this issue, in both the House and Senate, and demand passage of HB1911.
The bill is scheduled for its first committee hearing on March 28.
