The Texas Nationalist Movement is proud to put its seal of approval on these candidates. Congratulations to the candidates who made the cut and our gratitude to all of our members who participated in the process.

To say that the TNM’s endorsement process is difficult would be an understatement. Candidates must first submit a comprehensive survey. Then they are vetted and placed before the entire membership who vote on whether or not they should receive the TNM’s endorsement.

Below is the list of candidates chosen by our membership to receive the TNM’s endorsement. We encourage all of our supporters to get behind these candidates by donating to their campaigns, volunteering for their election, and casting a vote for them if appropriate.

Why are you running for office?

Following the announcement by honorable incumbent Barbara Cargill to not seek re-election, it is with a humble desire to continue her valiant efforts for public education, which I announce my intent to run for the State Board of Education, District 8 position.
These are critical times for public education, fraught with successes and challenges. I find deep satisfaction in energetically confronting tough educational issues and working collegially to resolve them. This is my 26th year as a public educator. My career includes teaching 8th grade ELAR, speech therapy, special education, middle school administration, and I am currently a district administrator for student support services as well as in my second term as a school board member.
