I spoke with Hutch over the phone regarding his LC, Allan Douglass, who really wants to become DLC of TNM Spring, Ron Raphoon's group. Hutch was not aware that Allan did not have his grasshopper or TNM email setup yet until Cara emailed him about it on 8/3/23. He has not had monthly meetings with his LCs and was told that this is necessary in order to run his team and avoid surprises. He did say that he called Allan last week and communicated by cellphone. Had he ever used email as well, he might have known there was an issue. I also let Hutch know that Allan never completed the Getting Started as a Local Coordinator training nor the How to Host a Meetup training. I asked him to get with his LCs, settle up his team, and meet with them. An email was sent as well. We have an upcoming DD training on the second Sunday evening this month that will cover this and other issues system-wide.
