I emailed this DLC and cc'd their DD, reminding them that for full compliance, we need each local group to have one meetup and two outreaches per month. Really, averaged out, the DLC seems to be doing a great job in outreaches. My email asked for when a good time to call them to discuss this would be. The data we have so far is:

August: Meetups: 0; Outreach: 0
July: Meetups: 0; Outreach: 1
June: Meetups: 0; Outreach: 4
