I emailed this LC who is a DD himself over three other local groups. The email is to remind him that for full compliance, he'll need each local group to have one meetup and two outreaches per month. The data we have so far is:

August: Meetups: 0; Outreach: 1
July: Meetups: 1; Outreach: 3
June: Meetups: 1; Outreach: 0

Including Clarendon which is in Susan Williamson's district, Eric would drive 340 miles to cover each of his local groups.
