At 5:37 p.m., I emailed the DD Travis and his three LCs and DLCs that need to complete CPC training: Bruce, Glenn, and Kenneth C. I let him know that during that time of the day I was only to email their TNM email addresses and asked that he follow up with them, letting them know that not doing this meant deprovisioning. I texted Kenneth's cellphone at 7:40pm.
