Whit's last login to the TNM Website was on July 25, 2023, at 09:06:55 PM. He has not completed his CPC training. I called his cell phone at 5:59 p.m. and left a voice mail reminding him of his need to complete his CPC training and that this was mandatory for those out getting signatures for our current campaign. I looked at his number of digital signatures after the call, and that number is '0'. In my voice message, I also asked if he had been able to attend any of the TNM Garland meetups or their outreaches this summer. Garland is a neighboring city of Mesquite, where he lives. I also emailed the same message to him at his TNM email and personal email. The only contact I have not made yet is calling his wife's number listed as an emergency contact.
