DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Williamson County Courthouse on Wednesday\, June 21\, 2023 at 5:00 PM for a special TNM Outreach event! We’ll have TNM volunteers on the East side of the courthouse ready to share our mission and principles and answer any questions you have. Live music will begin at 6 pm. and fireworks will take place right after dark (probably close to 9 pm). Dale’s offers indoor and outdoor dining. We will have a bouncy house and outdoor games for children. Come and spend the day with us as we celebrate San Jacinto Day. Note: The address listed is the closest building to TXDot Riverside Campus\, where parking should be available. You can also park west of the Old Austin-American Statesman building. Staging for the parade will begin at 9AM on the Ann Richards bridge over Lady Bird Lake (aka Town Lake or Colorado River). We will be on foot\, so please wear comfortable shoes. Wear your TNM shirts\, hats\, etc. Bring a Texas flag\, a TNM flag\, and/or the Texas Independence flag. You could also bring TEXIT NOW signs. Join us on the North side of the Courthouse building. This event is a classic car show and has proven to be a good place to find new supporters. Engage with car owners and find out how they came about owning their car. Wear your TNM or Texas Independence attire and be ready to sign up supporters. Join us to learn more about the mission and principles of the TNM and how we can work together to make Texas a free and independent nation again. This meeting is open to TNM supporters and those wanting to learn more about the TNM. We encourage you to RSVP and bring others with you. \nIMPORTANT INFO: Join us for a night of review as we discuss election results and outreach event success stories. Now that elections will be over\, it is time to look at the results and start contacting the legislators who will be working for us this next session. This meetup will be a review of September’s meetup. We will review how to contact legislators and what to say. We will share the number of supporters we found\, discuss outreach activities that worked and that didn’t work\, and make a plan for our future outreach events. The classic cars park in the spaces surrounding the Square\, so please park on a side street nearby. Look for our table on the sidewalks leading up to the Courthouse. There are other groups that set up tables in this space\, so we have to find a location that isn’t already occupied by another group.
