Hosted by Texas State Senator Angela Paxton, this memorial ceremony will take place on Tuesday, February 24 at the Collin County Courthouse, First Floor, 2100 Bloomdale Road in McKinney. This event provides an opportunity to reflect on the legacy of those who have shaped our state and to pay tribute to the enduring spirit of Texas through the commemoration of this historic letter. The ceremony will offer a moment of reflection and remembrance for all attendees.
