Priority Support

Our team of volunteers is ready to support you as we work together to grow our movement and win independence.


Our volunteers are available to provide email based support and assistance to registered supporters on Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Supporters with an active membership receive Priority Support via telephone and email. We provide a 2-4 hour 1st response time, and we aim to resolve all inquiries within 2-3 business days.

If you are having issues completing the payment for your membership, please call us at 800-662-1836 and we'll be glad to troubleshoot the issue for you.

Go to the Membership Center. Find the subscription (auto-renewal) that you wish to change. Click on "VIEW". From that page you will be able to update your payment method.

When an auto-pay fails, it will retry for three consecutive days. After that, the subscription and the membership are considered inactive. If you are within the three days, you will have a reminder email with a link to complete the payment. At that link you can update your payment method. If you are outside of the three day window, it's even easier. Just login and visit TNM.ME/join and start a brand new membership.

Head over to the "Profile" page. Verify all of your information, including your email address, and submit. You'll be instantly updated.

We use addresses in the TNM to ship items and to accurately map you to your legislative districts. You definitely want to keep it up to date. Head over to the "Profile" page. Update your address and phone and submit. You're account will be instantly updated.

Unfortunately, it happens more often than it should. Here are some things that you can do to ensure that you are receiving all of our emails.

First, go to the "Profile" page and verify that we have the right email address for you.

Next, all of our emails will come from a thetnm.org domain. If your email client allows you to whitelist and entire domain, then use that one. If not, the add info@thetnm.org to your contacts. In addition, if you see one of our emails in your SPAM folder, be sure to mark it as "NOT SPAM". That'll will help as well.

Finally, on occasion our supporters will forward one of our emails to their personal contacts. Someone in their contacts will receive the email, thinking its from us and will unsubscribe. The problem is that every email that we send out has an unsubscribe link that is unique to the person that it was originally sent to. If all other solutions have failed, then go to the "Profile" page and look for the section that says "Resubscribe To Our Emails". Submit your email address.

If none of these work, please contact us and we'll help you troubleshoot it further.

The TNM maintains a Facebook group exclusive for active members of the organization. In short, you must be a member in good standing to be invited into the group and to stay in the group. To preserve the privacy of our supporters and members, we do not distribute lists to anyone other than authorized officers of the TNM who are bound by our data protection policy. However, we do create opportunities for supporters to connect in person and online. If you'd like to help organize an informal meetup for your area, contact us and we can help you make it happen.

First of all, THANK YOU! You are now a big part of making Texas independence a reality. We ask all of our supporters to help us reach and connect with as many Texans as possible who share our vision for Texas. You can do that by sharing any of the articles on our website via social media, directly inviting people in your personal network to become a part of our movement, or talking to anyone about the TNM that you can. In fact, our supporters have found that one of the most effective outreach tactics is to simply wear a TNM shirt in public. Our success depends on numbers. Every new supporter that you can add to our ranks puts us one step closer to winning our independence. In addition, if you have a particular set of skills that you think would be a good fit for the TNM, are passionate about winning, professional, and willing to put in the time, we would love to speak with you.

Yes. Donations and memberships are processed through two different systems and are treated differently within the organization. That's why there are two separate sections under "My Account". If you are not currently a member and are interested in donating, we encourage you to first become a member. However, if you are not ready to become a member, we appreciate all financial contributions no matter the size.

No. Contributions to the TNM are treated the same as any contribution given to a political organization or campaign and are not tax deductible.
