Though we may not have secured the banquet room, worry not! We have reserved a table with comfortable seating for up to 20 attendees. If needed, we can arrange for additional tables to accommodate a larger turnout. We want to create an environment that fosters open dialogue, so come armed with your questions about our ongoing campaigns.
One crucial topic that we will delve into is our upcoming outreach event, the Central Texas State Fair, scheduled for the end of August. We need your input and assistance in planning the booth layout and organizing volunteers for each day of the fair.
