Talked about HB 1215 (Texas Sovereignty Act, of which, Rep Metcalf Authored) to get his perspective of that bill. I made the point that HB 1215 was OK but only for the short term and that HB 1359 is the long term solution for Texas sovereignty. Also made the point that both bills have synergy and that Rep Metcalf should co-authur HB 1359. Robert said he would bring this point to Metcalf's attention. Left him name and contact number for follow up.
